- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 1/3 cup cup rice
- 2 medium onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- - chow mein noodles
How To Make chow mein casserole

Step 1Bring 1 1/2 cup water to boil and add rice. Cook until done. Brown hamburger, onion, and celery. Add chicken soup, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and water to the cooked rice. Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top when serving.
