  • 1-2 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion,diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 2 large cans of kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup mushrooms, fresh,optional

How To Make chilli

  • Step 1
    brown ground beef, drain off grease
  • Step 2
    add tomato sauce,beans,and other ingredents
  • Step 3
    cook slowly over medium low for 1-6 hours depending on how well done you want vegitables
  • Step 4
    serve and enjoy, freeze any leftovers
