Ingredients For chilli soup

1 or 2 lb1-2lbs of ground beef or turkey depending on how many servings you need

1 or 2 pkgtaco seasoning

1 or 2 jarpimento (medium)

1 or 2 jarpicante sauce (medium)

1 or 2 candiced tomatoes

1 or 2 canpinto beans
-
canblack beans
-
cancorn
-
1 or 2 lgsweet onion

1 lggreen bell pepper
-
1 lgred pepper
-
1 or 2 canmushrooms
-
1 pkgmexican flavored cheese
-
1 tspsour cream
-
tortilla chips
-
2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make chilli soup

1brown beef or turkey until no longer pink, drain and add to crock pot.

2saute' onion and peppers in 2 tbls olive oil add to meat in crock pot.

3add all other ingredients to crock pot and mix well simmer all day 8 hrs.

4serve in bowl w/ crushed tortilla chips / sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of sour cream
