Ingredients
- 1 or 2 pounds 1-2lbs of ground beef or turkey depending on how many servings you need
- 1 or 2 packages taco seasoning
- 1 or 2 jars pimento (medium)
- 1 or 2 jars picante sauce (medium)
- 1 or 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cans pinto beans
- can black beans
- can corn
- 1 or 2 large sweet onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 or 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 package mexican flavored cheese
- 1 teaspoon sour cream
- - tortilla chips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make chilli soup

Step 1brown beef or turkey until no longer pink, drain and add to crock pot.

Step 2saute' onion and peppers in 2 tbls olive oil add to meat in crock pot.

Step 3add all other ingredients to crock pot and mix well simmer all day 8 hrs.

Step 4serve in bowl w/ crushed tortilla chips / sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of sour cream
