My cousin brought this to a family picnic and it has been on our menu for about 15 years. Great to have a main dish or to take to church dinners.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 - 14 oz can of tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of medium egg noodles
How To Make chili - beef noodle casserole

Step 1In large skillet brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess grease.

Step 2Stir in chili powder.

Step 3Ad tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper.

Step 4Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5Meanwhile cook noodles according to direction on the package and drain.

Step 6Serve chili beef over the noodles or you can put it in a 2 quart casserole and top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
