How to Make Chile Chili Cheese Dog

Step-by-Step

Slice a thin V shape out of banana pepper from stem to tips. Using and butter knife release the pepper pod and seeds and veins.
Place a little grated cheese in cavity of peppers, then wiener, then stick a toothpick through the top end and bottom, this will help it hold shape while cooking.
Bake 350° for about 35 min or till pepper is tender.
Heat your favorite chili and spoon on top.
