Spaghetti and meatballs are always a favorite in our house.I make this for Church sometimes and always come back with an empty container. PICTURE SOON

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 85/15 ground beef
  • 11/2 tablespoons lea &perrins
  • 11/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese
  • 1 large finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic very finely chopped
  • 1 - tube of ritz crackers crushed
  • 3 large eggs

How To Make cheesy meat balls

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients.Mix well.Roll into balls the size you prefer and carefully place in sauce.Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
