Ingredients
- 2 pounds 85/15 ground beef
- 11/2 tablespoons lea &perrins
- 11/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup romano cheese
- 1 large finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves fresh garlic very finely chopped
- 1 - tube of ritz crackers crushed
- 3 large eggs
How To Make cheesy meat balls

Step 1Mix all ingredients.Mix well.Roll into balls the size you prefer and carefully place in sauce.Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
