Ingredients

2 lb85/15 ground beef

11/2 Tbsplea &perrins

11/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 tspsalt or to taste

1/2 cparmesan cheese

1/2 cromano cheese
-
1 largefinely chopped onion
-
3 clovefresh garlic very finely chopped

1tube of ritz crackers crushed
-
3 largeeggs
How to Make CHEESY MEAT BALLS
- Mix all ingredients.Mix well.Roll into balls the size you prefer and carefully place in sauce.Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
