My son just loves when I make this. His favorite thing to eat is cheeseburgers..it is easy, and made with refrigerated bread dough...It is a very tasty sandwich for those cheeseburger lovers!

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion. chopped
- 1 small green or red pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 - tube ( 11 oz ) pillsbury refrigerated crusty french loaf
- 4 slices american cheese, or whatever you prefer
- 1 - egg white, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheeseburger loaf

Step 1Gather ingredients Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in flour,salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup; set aside.

Step 3Unroll dough starting at the seam. Pat into a 14 inch x 12 inch rectangle. Spoon meat mixture lengthwise down the center of the dough; top with cheese slices. Bring long sides of dough to the center over filling; pinch seams to seal.

Step 4Place seam side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush with the egg white. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. With a sharp knife, cut diagonal slits in the top of the loaf. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
