This is something I whipped up yesterday. Kinda like Hamburger Helper, but better. The only thing that was out of the box was the macaroni. And it was a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 1- 15 oz
    can spaghitti sauce
  • 1 c
    macaroni
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small
    jalapino pepper minced
  • 1 c
    water

How to Make CHEESEBUEGER MACAROIN (EDDIE STYLE)

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onion and pepper in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Brown ground beef, drain. Add saute onions and peppers to ground beef salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in cheese. Garnish with sliced green onion.
