Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
How To Make cheese meatballs

Step 1In a laege bowl, combine all ingredients except ground beef. Crumble beef over mixture. And mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes , or until meat is no longer pink. Makes about 4 dozen.
