This taste's as if I had spent hours on making this....I don't have time in the afternoon's when coming home from work to stay in the kitchen trying to cook....this is just quick & simple

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 jar garlic & onion pasta sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large box of lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup finely diced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green, red, or yellow bell pepper
How To Make cheatin' lasagna

Step 1Brown the ground beef & drain....what time the meat is browning take & put your lasagna noodles on and bring to a boil. You want the noodles to be soft, but still a little firm.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl take and combine the meat, pasta sauce, salt, pepper, mushrooms, & bell peppers. Mix well. In a seperate bowl, mix the cheeses together by themselves.

Step 3Once noodles are done, take them out of the boiling water and lay them on a piece of waxed paper. Spray a 9x13 pan and put a layer of noodles down, put some of the meat mixture on top of that, then put down a layer of cheese. Continue doing this until all the items are used ending with the cheese on the main top. Cover with aluminum foil.

Step 4Bake in a preheated oven of 350' for 45 minutes, take the foil off and then put back into oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is brown & bubbly.
