These sandwiches are the ultimate. I love roast beef combined with the velveeta cheese luscious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup kraft real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parkay margarine
  • 1 pound thin roast beef slices
  • 6 - 8 inch french bread rolls, split

How To Make champion cheese-steak sandwiches

  • Step 1
    1. Combine process cheese spread, mayonnaise, milk and mustard in saucepan; stir over low heat until process cheese spread is melted.
  • Step 2
    2. Saute onions in margarine. Add meat; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Fill rolls with meat mixture; top with process cheese spread mixture.
