Ingredients

1 largecabbage head

1 lblean ground beef

1/3 craw rice

1 mediumonion

1 mediumegg

1 tsplemon juice

1 16 oz. can(s)tomatoes

16 oztomato sauce

1 ctomato juice

1/2 cbrown sugar

2 tsplemon juice

·dash worcestershire sauce

How to Make Cabbage Rolls or Prachas
- Cook whole cabbage in boiling water until tender; cool. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, egg, lemon juice and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Place a small amount of beef mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking ends in.
- Drain tomatoes (reserve liquid for later) and combine with the rest of ingredients in large pot. Add cabbage rolls and simmer on low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add reserved liquid if needed during cooking. You can do this in a slow cooker and cook 6 - 8 hours.
