I had 3 ingrediance and i was trying to figure out how i can combine these ingrediance and make a yummy yet healthy dish and this came to mind :) why not combine all 3 ingrediance and add a touch of onion,garlic,spinach and salt and pepper for flavor :) and it all worked very well together yummy and healthy

Ingredients

  • 1lb lb
    98% reduced fat ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomato's seasoned with basil,garlic in juice. use whole can and juice from in can as well
  • 1 small
    head of cabage
  • 15 small
    fresh baby spinach
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    onoin
  • 2 dash(es)
    salt and pepper

How to Make Cabage,Meat&Tomatoe chow

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook meat and strain off any fat
  2. Add Cabage,can of Tomatoes and it's juice,Onion to meat and let cook for 30-40 minutes Just until you are satisfied with how you want your Cabage.
  3. Add Spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes. turn off bunner and serve yourself a bowl add a pinch of Salt and Pepper mix togeher and add another pinch of Salt and Pepper. Sit and enjoy this health meal :)
