- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 package dry onion soup mix

Step 1Shape ground beef into a loaf and freeze. Place frozen loaf in a large piece of foil. Place soups and dry onion soup mix over it. Seal tightly and place in pan, bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
