WE LOVE THIS KOREAN BEEF RECIPE USUALLY BBQ ON SKEWERS....BUT A RAINY DAY HAD ME MAKE IT IN A WOK ALONG WITH SNOW PEAS JUST AS DELICIOUS :)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    london broil, thinly sliced (slightly frozen helps slicing easier)
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    scallions, chpd
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame chili oil (or reg sesame oil)
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 c
    snow peas
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated garlic

How to Make BULGOGI BEEF N SNOW PEAS

Step-by-Step

  1. TAKE THINLY SLICED BEEF N PUT IN LARGE PLASTIC GALLON SIZED BAG. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, CHPD SCALLIONS, MINCED GARLIC, GRATED GINGER, SESAME SEEDS, SESAME CHILI OIL (OR REG) N BLACK PEPPER THEN POUR OVER BEEF IN BAG N SEAL CLOSED N SQUEEZE MARINADE AROUND BEEF...REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST 3 HOURS TO OVERNITE. (REMMBER MORE FLAVA THE LONGER U MARINATE)
  2. HEAT UP 1 TSP. OF SESAME OIL IN WOK OR LARGE SAUTE PAN. ADD SNOW PEAS N SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES GRATE IN 1/2 TSP GARLIC N 1 TBLSPN OF SOY SAUCE COOK FOR A OR TWO MORE...REMOVE TO BOWL N SET ASIDE.
  3. PUT THINLY SLICED BEEF INTO VERY HOT WOK OR SAUTE PAN N COOK FOR 5 MINUTES DO NOT STIR THAT OFTEN. MIX IN SNOW PEAS.....SERVE HOT N ENJOY :)
