WE LOVE THIS KOREAN BEEF RECIPE USUALLY BBQ ON SKEWERS....BUT A RAINY DAY HAD ME MAKE IT IN A WOK ALONG WITH SNOW PEAS JUST AS DELICIOUS :)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds london broil, thinly sliced (slightly frozen helps slicing easier)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup scallions, chpd
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame chili oil (or reg sesame oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

Step 1TAKE THINLY SLICED BEEF N PUT IN LARGE PLASTIC GALLON SIZED BAG. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, CHPD SCALLIONS, MINCED GARLIC, GRATED GINGER, SESAME SEEDS, SESAME CHILI OIL (OR REG) N BLACK PEPPER THEN POUR OVER BEEF IN BAG N SEAL CLOSED N SQUEEZE MARINADE AROUND BEEF...REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST 3 HOURS TO OVERNITE. (REMMBER MORE FLAVA THE LONGER U MARINATE)

Step 2HEAT UP 1 TSP. OF SESAME OIL IN WOK OR LARGE SAUTE PAN. ADD SNOW PEAS N SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES GRATE IN 1/2 TSP GARLIC N 1 TBLSPN OF SOY SAUCE COOK FOR A OR TWO MORE...REMOVE TO BOWL N SET ASIDE.

Step 3PUT THINLY SLICED BEEF INTO VERY HOT WOK OR SAUTE PAN N COOK FOR 5 MINUTES DO NOT STIR THAT OFTEN. MIX IN SNOW PEAS.....SERVE HOT N ENJOY :)
