bruschetta burger
thought I would share this recipe it sounds good I haven't made Bruschetta in a longtime I love cooking on the grill I was thinking this would be good made on the stove but I would make it different than this

Ingredients
- 1 package ground beef
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- - salt and pepper
- 4 stalks crusty bread
- - olive oil
- - bruschetta topping:
- 3/4 cup red tomatoes
- 1/2 cup yellow tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - pepper
How To Make bruschetta burger

Step 1Combine Bruschetta Topping in Medium Bowl; Set Aside.

Step 2Combine beef, cheese, Green onion, Garlic mixing lightly but thoroughly. lightly shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties.

Step 3Place on grid over medium,ash covered coals. grill covered 8-10 mins(over med heat on pre heated gas grill 7-9 mins) until thermometer register 160' turning occasionally.

Step 4Brush both sides of bread slices with oil, about 3 mins. before burgers are done place bread on grid grill until lightly toasted,turning once

Step 5season burgers with salt pepper as desired place 1 burger on each bread slice; top each with 1/4 cup Bruschetta topping. Serve Open-Faced.
