Ingredients
- 1 package frozen brocolli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 1 package shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef 80/20 or better
- 2 cans french loaf
- 1 - egg
How To Make brocolli beef wellington

Step 1brown ground meat and onions (strain)

Step 2cook broccoli per package instructions

Step 3in large bowl mix ground meat, soup, broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper to taste preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 4spray pie pans with nonstick spray; open package of french loaf: (put some flour on counter so they don't stick) unroll flat on counter once unrolled place in pie pan, will overlap (repeat)

Step 5fill each loaf with half of mixture, pull sides over to cover mixture like a pie; separate egg; spread yolk over each pie

Step 6place in oven and bake uncovered 30-45 minutes or until golden brown
