One of the many low carb recipes I have collected. I know someone shared this one with me but not sure where it came from originally. This has 4 carbs per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated onions
  • 10 slices dill pickle - chopped
  • 2 slices american cheese
  • 3 tablespoons low carb thousand island dressing

How To Make bowl of big mac

  • Step 1
    Place dehydrated onions in a small cup of warm water to rehydrate.
  • Step 2
    Place lettuce and pickles in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Brown hamburger over medium heat.
  • Step 4
    Drain, leave in a little of the grease, then stir in cheese until melted. It should coat the hamburger.
  • Step 5
    Immediately pour hot hamburger over salad and stir
  • Step 6
    Drain chopped onion, and stir into salad.
  • Step 7
    Microwave for a minute to heat everything up again, stir in Thousand Island and enjoy!
