look at 3 recipes.We took a little from eachand add some this of our owne to this. It turned out soo good. blake went home to make it for his honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef,lean
  • 2 cans beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion,diced
  • 2 cups bread crumbs,we used italian style
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, light
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced

How To Make bob and blakes salisbury steak w/gravy

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl. mix ground beef, onion,garlic ,egg,thyme,and bread crumbs. make 4 patties.
  • Step 2
    In a large cast iron skillet.14".Add olive oil,On med heat. Add patties and brown on boath sides. Abought 15 min.
  • Step 3
    While patties are cooking ,take a med sauce pan add 2 cans of beef gravy and 1/2 cup of milk. Heat on med-high heat stiring. Heat till it starts to bubble. After paddies are brown on boath sides,pour gravy over patties. Let cook abought 15-20 min. We served over rice.
