How to Make Black pepper crusted Meatloaf

  1. Break ground beef up in large mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, celery and grated garlic. Sprinkle on spices. In a cup, mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, mustard and ketchup. Mix together well, pour into ground beef. Mix together till all ingredients are combined.
  2. Form into a log and pat downward and inward a couple times to help keep it from falling apart. Pour coarse black pepper into your hand and pat on top and sides of meatloaf.
  3. Place in baking dish and bake 375° for 1- 1/2 hr. Check temp with meat thermometer after one hour. Cook a few minutes longer if needed.
  4. FOR SAUCE: In a small sauce pan added all sauce ingredients. Simmer for 20 min.
