Ingredients
- 4-5 medium bell peppers
- 1 pound ground bison
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 - egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano flakes
- 1 teaspoon basil flakes
How To Make bison stuffed bell peppers

Step 1Cut tops off of the bell peppers and remove seeds and pulp. Chop the good parts of the pepper tops to add to meat. In a large bowl, add the meat, peppers, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Step 2Add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of crock pot. Stuff the meat mixture into the peppers, and gently place each in the crock pot.

Step 3Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Step 4Use tongs to remove, and slightly tilt to drain any residual juices. Serve! Healthy and delicious!
