Bison stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients
-
4-5 mediumbell peppers
-
1 lbground bison
-
1 mediumzucchini, chopped
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1/2 ccrumbled feta
-
1egg
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1 tspseasoning salt
-
1 tspparsley flakes
-
1 tsporegano flakes
-
1 tspbasil flakes
How to Make Bison stuffed bell peppers
- Cut tops off of the bell peppers and remove seeds and pulp. Chop the good parts of the pepper tops to add to meat.
In a large bowl, add the meat, peppers, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. - Add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of crock pot.
Stuff the meat mixture into the peppers, and gently place each in the crock pot. - Cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Use tongs to remove, and slightly tilt to drain any residual juices.
Serve! Healthy and delicious!
