This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
lettuce leaves
1 small
pickles
1/4 c
onion
thousand island dressing(fat free)
low fat cheese

How to Make Big Mac (in a bowl)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground meat or you can make patty.
  • 2Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.
  • 3add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl
  • 4Top with dressing and cheese.
  • 5Mix all together and enjoy!
