- 1 pound ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
- - lettuce leaves
- 1 small pickles
- 1/4 cup onion
- - thousand island dressing(fat free)
- - low fat cheese
How To Make big mac (in a bowl)

Step 1Brown ground meat or you can make patty.

Step 2Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.

Step 3add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl

Step 4Top with dressing and cheese.
