This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 lb
    ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
  • ·
    lettuce leaves
  • 1 small
    pickles
  • 1/4 c
    onion
  • ·
    thousand island dressing(fat free)
  • ·
    low fat cheese

How to Make Big Mac (in a bowl)

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground meat or you can make patty.
  2. Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.
  3. add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl
  4. Top with dressing and cheese.
  5. Mix all together and enjoy!
