How To Make "big bill's" beef & broccoli

  • Step 1
Place your Round Steak between saran wrap and pound down slightly. Remove wrap and slice into uniform thin strips, coat your Wok with a little peanut oil and heat over medium high heat for 1 minute. • Nothing like a plate of fresh Beef & Broccoli that will beat any carryout container you could possibly bring home!!!!

Mix your cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger and soy sauce with remaining beef broth until smooth; add to Wok and stir fry until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
