best-ever chili
It's taken me almost a decade to tweak my chili recipe and make it so ALL 9 of my kids would eat it...well here it is. We love Wendy's chili...this is IT but with a bit more flavor. Adding sour cream or cheese to this only makes it better!! Hope you enjoy this as much as our family and friends do.

Ingredients
- 2-2.25 pounds ground beef
- 1 29-oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 can fire roasted tex mex style tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 large can of kidney beany (dark or light, your preferance), undrained
- 1-2 can chili beans (regular or spicy, undrained)
- 1 can fire roasted green chilies, undrained
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 sticks celery, chopped
- 4 - roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon cumin
- 2-3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2-3 cups water
- - salt
- - black pepper

Step 1Brown ground beef in Dutch oven...Drain well. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmering boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer, uncovered 2- 2 1/2 hours.
