- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed french onion soup
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 tube (12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain.

Step 2Stir in the French onion soup; bring to a boil. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with the biscuits and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
