shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

(12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

How to Make BEEFY FRENCH ONION POT PIE

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain.
  • 2Stir in the French onion soup; bring to a boil. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  • 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with the biscuits and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
