Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound beef tenderloin, about 2-inches thick
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mudtard
  • 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns, finely crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage

How To Make beef tenderloin with peppercorns

  • Step 1
    Spread both sides of beef with mustard. Combine peppercorns and sage, and pat evenly onto meat. Place in a shallow baking pan. Cover and chill if desired. Bake at 425 degrees 25-30 minutes, or until desired doneness. Cut into thin slices. Makes 2 servings.
