This is another sandwhich like roll I make for mine & uncles lunches. Its fast, yummy & easy. And he enjoys it.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small onion, cut into strips
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise dressing
  • 2 tablespoons thick steak sauce
  • 3 - flour tortillas
  • 1/4 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded

How To Make beef swiss rollie rolls

  • Step 1
    Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the bell peppers & onions in the oil for about 8 to 10 mins. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat. Refrigerate veggies for about 10 mins or until cool.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl mix the cream cheese,mayonnaise & steak sauce until smooth. Spreaad cream cheese mixture over each tortilla to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
  • Step 3
    Place equal amounts of roast beef & veggies on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up each tortilla tightly, cut each roll into 8 pieces & serve with cocktail toothpick.
