Beef Swiss Rollie Rolls

1 tspvegetable oil
1 mediumgreen or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 smallonion, cut into strips
2 ozcream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbspmayonnaise dressing
2 Tbspthick steak sauce
1/4 lbdeli roast beef, thinly sliced
1/2 cswiss cheese, shredded
How to Make Beef Swiss Rollie Rolls
- Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the bell peppers & onions in the oil for about 8 to 10 mins. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat. Refrigerate veggies for about 10 mins or until cool.
- In a small bowl mix the cream cheese,mayonnaise & steak sauce until smooth. Spreaad cream cheese mixture over each tortilla to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
- Place equal amounts of roast beef & veggies on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up each tortilla tightly, cut each roll into 8 pieces & serve with cocktail toothpick.
