This is a really good recipe.The taste in this dish is, the herb, tarragon.The tarragon really bursts flavor.My family loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean beef ( like top sirloin)
  • 1
    onion,chopped
  • 1(8oz) pkg
    mushrooms,sliced
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 1 c
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 tsp
    dry tarragon
  • ·
    olive oil, extra virgin,butter to fry
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Beef Stroganoff With Good Flavor (crock pot)

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the beef into 2 inch long strips and fry it on oil until brown.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Pour to the crock pot slow cooker.Add beef broth.
  2. In the same pan add a little butter and fry the onion for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes more.Sprinkle with the tarragon.Combine the mushroom mixture with the beef in a crock pot.Let it cook for 1 hour on high.
  3. Add the sour cream and cook another 2-3 hours on high.Serve over noodles.
