Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 ounces can beef broth, i use swanson's
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make beef stroganoff

Step 1Brown meat; add onion and cook until onion is tender. Add flour and stir into meat. Add spices, broth and mushrooms.

Step 2Simmer on medium to high heat. Add sour cream. Stir until well blended and heated through.

Step 3Mix with cooked egg noodles.
