Easy peasy beef stroganoff. Goes a long way and feeds the whole family!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This beef stroganoff is going to become a favorite dinner with your family. Preparing the recipe in the Instant Pot makes the beef extremely tender. The gravy is very thick and flavorful. This reminds us of steak and gravy but with noodles instead of rice. It's not a traditional beef stroganoff recipe but it's mighty tasty. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
