Ingredients
- 1 box beef or mushroom rice rissoto
- 3 - mushrooms chopped
- 300 grams beef mince or slices
- half - capsicum ( red, green or mixed)
- 3 - onions quartered
- 50 grams green beans
- 3 - carrots sliced
- pinch salt n pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato relish
- 3 - sundried tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 - pineapple rings finely chopped
How To Make beef stir fry

Step 1Brown off beef in pan, add salt , pepper n curry powder.

Step 2Into wok add small amount cooking oil, carrots n onions.

Step 3Add beef to wok. Use pan with juices etc for rice rissotto, add butter, cook rice rissotto as per directions on box.

Step 4Once onions softened add rest of ingredients to wok cook on med low while rice cooks, all should be ready around same time, serve hot or combine in a dish n leave to cool serve as cold dish.
