I love this beef stew. This is the first beef stew I cook for my family and our friends 39 years ago. I wrote down the recipe so I could use it over and over. I created it with no recipes for I didn't even own an cookbook then. Family and friends enjoy it. It still a favor of my family.

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 pounds beef round steak
- 16 large potatoes,cubed
- 4 large carrots, cubed
- 2 large red onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 package peas, frozen
- 1 can corn, canned
- - water to cover
- 1 can green beans, fresh
- - salt and ground black pepper to taste
How To Make beef steak with all the fixing

Step 1Cube the beef steak. Put in Large slow cooker.

Step 2Wash Potatoes .Peel the Potatoes. Cube the Potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Put in Slow Cooker.

Step 3Wash Carrots. Peel the carrots. Cube Carrots in 2 inch cubes. Put in Slow Cooker.

Step 4Add Peas, Corn, Green beans. Add enough Water to cover everything.

Step 5Peel onions and dice. Put in Slow Cooker.

Step 6add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 7Chop up Celery Stalks. Put in Slow cooker. Cover with lid. Plug in slow cooker. Turn on slow cooker to medium or number 5.

Step 8Cook all day and it is ready when you come home from work. Serve to your family.
