Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 medium celery
- 1 ounce garlic
- 2 packages beef short ribs
- 3 boxes beef broth
- 3 bunches carrots
- 2 bunches zucchini
- 1 bag baby potatoes
- 2 medium turnips
- 4 bunches corn on the cob
- 1 bag butternut squash
How To Make beef short ribs with vegetables

Step 1Get a big pot and add some olive oil.

Step 2Add the chopped onions, celery, garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.

Step 3Add the short ribs and cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 4Add the beef broth and cook for 1 hour.

Step 5Add all the veggies and continue cooking for another hour.

Step 6Serve with warm pita or corn tortillas.
