Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1/2 pound tender beef per serving, cubed
How To Make beef shish k' bob

Step 1Combine olive oil, lemon juice, wine, salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano and bay leaves for the marinade. Add cubed meat and let stand overnight. Drain meat and thread on skewers alternating with following vegetables and fruit.

Step 2sm. onions, boiled almost tender green peppers, bite size chunks of tomato pineapple chunks fresh mushrooms

Step 3Grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
