This is so easy to put together and the marinated beef is so good. The family always knows summer has arrived when these are on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 1/2 pound tender beef per serving, cubed

How To Make beef shish k' bob

  • Step 1
    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, wine, salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano and bay leaves for the marinade. Add cubed meat and let stand overnight. Drain meat and thread on skewers alternating with following vegetables and fruit.
  • Step 2
    sm. onions, boiled almost tender green peppers, bite size chunks of tomato pineapple chunks fresh mushrooms
  • Step 3
    Grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
