This recipe was handed down to me by a church member from my childhood church. She also was my babysitter at that time.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons bbq sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
How To Make beef rolls

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, dry bread crumbs, BBQ sauce, egg and salt.

Step 2Pat meat mixture into 14 X 8-inch rectangle on foil or waxed paper.

Step 3In a seperate mixing bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese and chopped bell pepper.

Step 4Spread cheese mixture over meat.

Step 5Roll up jelly roll style.

Step 6Chill several hours or overnight.

Step 7Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 8Slice into 6 slices.

Step 9Bake in shallow pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
