beef mince

onion
1/8
capsicum

sundried tomatoes

zuchini
1/4 tsp
cracked pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
2
eggs
250 g
breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp
steak sauce
2 sprig(s)
parsley
1 pinch
mixed herbs, dried

How to Make Beef patties/meatballs/risolles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Into large mixing bowl add mince, salt n pepper, mixed herbs, eggs, sauce and bread crumbs.
  • 2VERY finely chop all veges, discard any larger chunks as will break up the patties.

    Add to bowl mix well, mold into desired shapes. For meatballs I find molding into cubes makes cooking evenly easier. Do not make over 1 inch thick or will burn on outside before mince cooks in middles.
  • 3Cook in frying pan on medium high or bbq with a little oil.
