Ingredients
- 800 grams beef mince
- 1 - onion
- 1/8 - capsicum
- 2 - sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 - zuchini
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 250 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 pinch mixed herbs, dried
How To Make beef patties/meatballs/risolles

Step 1Into large mixing bowl add mince, salt n pepper, mixed herbs, eggs, sauce and bread crumbs.

Step 2VERY finely chop all veges, discard any larger chunks as will break up the patties. Add to bowl mix well, mold into desired shapes. For meatballs I find molding into cubes makes cooking evenly easier. Do not make over 1 inch thick or will burn on outside before mince cooks in middles.

Step 3Cook in frying pan on medium high or bbq with a little oil.
