Was going to make this crockpot stew, Wanted something different so instead of potatoes I used old fashion oats. This is a must try hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin roast
- 1 box 32oz beef stock
- 1 cup old fashion oats
- 2 - chopped carrots
- 1 - chopped celery stalk
- 1 - small chopped onion
- 2 packages mccormic brown gravy
- 1 can cannelini beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn or veggie of choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon adobo powder
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup any lite beer
- - few dashes hot sauce (optional)
How To Make beef oatmeal bean stew in crockpot

Step 1Season both sides meat with S&P. Place in crockpot. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on high 4-6hrs.

Step 2Meat will shred with fork easily right in crockpot. Enjoy with french bread and butter for dipping.
