beef oatmeal bean stew in crockpot

Was going to make this crockpot stew, Wanted something different so instead of potatoes I used old fashion oats. This is a must try hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin roast
  • 1 box 32oz beef stock
  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • 2 - chopped carrots
  • 1 - chopped celery stalk
  • 1 - small chopped onion
  • 2 packages mccormic brown gravy
  • 1 can cannelini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn or veggie of choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon adobo powder
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup any lite beer
  • - few dashes hot sauce (optional)

How To Make beef oatmeal bean stew in crockpot

  • Step 1
    Season both sides meat with S&P. Place in crockpot. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on high 4-6hrs.
  • Step 2
    Meat will shred with fork easily right in crockpot. Enjoy with french bread and butter for dipping.
