Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons bottled bbq sauce
- 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make beef 'n' cheddar biscuits

Step 1Combine gd. beef and bbq sauce in a small bowl; set aside. Place one biscuit in each of the 12 greased muffin cups; press firmly into the bottom and up the sides. Spoon 1-2 T. of beef mixture into each cup; sprinkle with cheese . Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted. Serve at once. Makes 1 dozen.
