1 lbground beef
4 Tbspbottled bbq sauce
2 tuberefrigerated biscuits
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make beef 'n' cheddar biscuits
1Combine gd. beef and bbq sauce in a small bowl; set aside. Place one biscuit in each of the 12 greased muffin cups; press firmly into the bottom and up the sides. Spoon 1-2 T. of beef mixture into each cup; sprinkle with cheese . Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted. Serve at once. Makes 1 dozen.
