beef mince basic
(1 RATING)
Garden variety kiwi mince, likely half the country grew up on some version of this. Saw a pamphlet awhile back for healthy eating suggesting the addition of carrots n onions to mince, to me its not mince without at least those basics. I usually add capsicum these days and consider celery and tomatoes basics for it also. Can add other vege to it. Tomato improves taste effect of cornflour / thickenings. Serving suggestions.. with smashed spuds and a pot of peas or beans. Or throw in a can of pasta sauce and serve over spaggetti pasta with grated cheese. Or Serve on toast.
