Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chuck roast, cubed
  • 4--8 ounces jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 package french onion soup mix
  • 4 tablespoons margerine

How To Make beef cubes baked in foil

  • Step 1
    Dot the center of a piece of heavy aluminum foil with the margerine. Shake 1/2 of the envelope of onion soup mix over the margerine.
  • Step 2
    Place the cubed beef ( 1 inch thick) over the soup mix. Add the mushrooms with juice.Add 1/2 cup water the the remaining onion soup mix.
  • Step 3
    Bring the foil up over the meat and press the edges tightly to seal. Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enjoy!
