    chuck roast, cubed
  • 4--8 oz
    jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pkg
    french onion soup mix
  • 4 Tbsp

How to Make Beef Cubes baked in Foil


  1. Dot the center of a piece of heavy aluminum foil with the margerine.
    Shake 1/2 of the envelope of onion soup mix over the margerine.
  2. Place the cubed beef ( 1 inch thick) over the soup mix.
    Add the mushrooms with juice.Add 1/2 cup water the the remaining onion soup mix.
  3. Bring the foil up over the meat and press the edges tightly to seal.
    Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
