Ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck roast, cubed
- 4--8 ounces jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 package french onion soup mix
- 4 tablespoons margerine
How To Make beef cubes baked in foil

Step 1Dot the center of a piece of heavy aluminum foil with the margerine. Shake 1/2 of the envelope of onion soup mix over the margerine.

Step 2Place the cubed beef ( 1 inch thick) over the soup mix. Add the mushrooms with juice.Add 1/2 cup water the the remaining onion soup mix.

Step 3Bring the foil up over the meat and press the edges tightly to seal. Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enjoy!
