I love any kind of Asian style food, especially stir-fries because they are so tasty, and easy to cook. Also they help incorporate more veggies into my diet which I often lack! Love, love, love this stuff!

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 6 ounces fresh snow peas, strings removed
- 2 cups bok choy, white part, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 - green onions, sliced
- 1 can sliced water-chesnuts, drained
- 1 teaspoon beef soup base
- 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- - hot cooked rice
How To Make beef & chinese vegetables

Step 1Trim excess fat from steak. Partially freeze steak and slice diagonally across the grain into 2x1/4" strips. set aside.

Step 2Combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar and ginger; add steak, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Step 3Coat wok with peanut oil; allow to heat to medium high for one minute. Add steak; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, green onions, waterchesnuts, stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 4Add other vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 5Dissolve soup base and cornstarch into water; stir into steak mixture. Cook just until thickened. Sprinkle green onions over the top and serve over rice.
