Ingredients
-
1 lbground beef (i use chuck)

1/2 conion, chopped
-
1 can(s)(16 oz.) pork and beans
-
1/2 cbarbecue sauce, any brand you like
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed
-
1 can(s)(8 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
-
6 slicevelveeta cheese
How to Make BEEF & BEAN BARBECUE BAKE
- In a skillet, brown the beef and onion; drain. Add pork and beans, barbecue sauce, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Velveeta cubes and mix well.
- Turn mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits in half, forming half-moons. Place, cut side down, around the edge of casserole. Do not press down too much, or they will be doughy.
- Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with additional Velveeta slices; return to oven until Velveeta melts.
