Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 pound beef stew meat or just a little more
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry or white wine
  • dash - onion and garlic salt
  • 3/4 to 1 packages egg noodles cooked and well drained (small size noodles)

How To Make beef and noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Cut stew meat to bite size pieces, salt and pepper to taste and brown in skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup, cooking sherry or white wine, dash of onion and garlic salt. Stir well. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for about 2 hrs. Prepare egg noodles as package directs. Drain well and mix in with beef stew mixture after it is baked then serve immediately.
