  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups cooked beef, cubed
  • 1 cup macaroni, cooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How To Make beef and macaroni casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
