Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3/4 pound sirloin steak, sliced into 1/8 inch thin strips
- 4 cups (packed) bok choy, chopped
How To Make beef and bok choy all gingered up

Step 1In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to form a slurry.

Step 2Add sherry through salt and; mix and set aside.

Step 3Heat wok or skillet on medium high heat. Add cooking oil until shimmering. Add beef strips until almost cooked through. Stir in cornstarch mixture and heat until boiling and thickened.

Step 4Add the bok choy and stir until just starting to wilt. Serve immediately.
