beef and blackbean burgers
I try to feed the family healthy things. I loathe veggie and turkey burgers, these came out great and not too shabby on the calories!

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned black beans-rinsed and drained
- 1 pound chuck steak, lean
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- - salt and pepper
- - hamburger buns ( i used wheat)
How To Make beef and blackbean burgers

Step 1Mash beans in a larg bowl, you can use a potato masher or a fork. Add beef, onion, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper-mix to combine. Shape into burgers and grill or broil. Tastes great with pico de gallo, guacamole or just the traditional hamburger toppings!
