We love loose meat sandwiches and this time I decided to dress them up with a bit of bacon and BBQ. Turned out fantastic, another keeper for my family.

Ingredients

  • 4 - strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • - sliced cheese
  • - hamburger buns

How To Make bbq & bacon loose meat sandwich

  • Step 1
    In a skillet over med. high heat add the chopped bacon and cook until just crisp, remove to a paper towel lined plate.
  • Step 2
    Add the ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking it up with the back of a wooden spoon. When it begins to brown up add in the onion and cook until the meat is cooked through. Drain off the grease and stir in the house seasoning and BBQ sauce. Remove from the heat and stir the bacon back in the pan. Serve with sliced cheese on your favorite buns.
