baked cube steak and veggies
This is a great way to serve cube steak and it always comes out so tender, you can cut it with a fork. This recipe also makes it's own gravy. We prefer this with potatoes, onions and carrots, but you can add any veggies that you like. Enjoy!

How To Make baked cube steak and veggies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add oil to an oven-safe pan for browning. (I use a Copper Chef sqaure pan with lid). Set aside.

Step 2Sprinkle both sides of cube steaks with salt. Dredge in flour and place in prepared pan. Add additional flour and brown on both sides. Loosen with spatula. Set aside.
-
Step 3Peel and quarter potatoes and onions. Add to cube steaks. Add carrots. Mix water with beef broth and pour over meat and veggies. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper to taste.
-
Step 4Cover with lid and bake for about one hour. Serve with a green veggie and roll.
