Asian stir-fry beef

3 Tbsplite soy sauce

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1 Tbsppacked, light brown sugar

1/2 tspcornstarch

1 Tbspcanola oil

1-1/2 tspground ginger

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 lbbeef round steak, cut into thin strips

8 ozfrozen snow peas, thawed

2 chot cooked rice
How to Make Asian stir-fry beef
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch.
- Haet oil in lg skillet or wok over med-high heat. Stir fry ginger and garlic 30 seconds. Add steak strips and stir-fry 2 mins, or until browned. Add snowpeas, stir-fry 3 mins.
- Add the soy sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to a simmer until sauce is thickened. Serve mix over rice.
