lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp
rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
packed, light brown sugar
1/2 tsp
1 Tbsp
canola oil
1-1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 lb
beef round steak, cut into thin strips
8 oz
frozen snow peas, thawed
2 c
hot cooked rice

How to Make Asian stir-fry beef


  • 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch.
  • 2Haet oil in lg skillet or wok over med-high heat. Stir fry ginger and garlic 30 seconds. Add steak strips and stir-fry 2 mins, or until browned. Add snowpeas, stir-fry 3 mins.
  • 3Add the soy sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to a simmer until sauce is thickened. Serve mix over rice.
