Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon packed, light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pound beef round steak, cut into thin strips
- 8 ounces frozen snow peas, thawed
- 2 cups hot cooked rice

Step 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch.

Step 2Haet oil in lg skillet or wok over med-high heat. Stir fry ginger and garlic 30 seconds. Add steak strips and stir-fry 2 mins, or until browned. Add snowpeas, stir-fry 3 mins.

Step 3Add the soy sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to a simmer until sauce is thickened. Serve mix over rice.
